The Green Witch

Tonight I concocted a Halloween cocktail and named it "The Green Witch."

2 oz. gin
4 oz. limeade
2 oz. gingerale
1/2 teaspoon chartreuse

Mix gin & limeade in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour over ice. Add gingerale and chartreuse. Stir. Garnish with mint leaves or grapevines (shown), and enjoy.

If you are not a fan of chartreuse you can omit it, and call the drink "The Good Witch." :)

Today I found one last roll of Polaroid i-Zone film. They stopped making it about 2 years ago. The roll is still good--took this shot today. But now I've only 11 i-Zone shots left...ever.

For Your Little Goblin

Small mask made from clay and painted. Measures about one inch. There is a hole for a nail to go into on the back, so it can be hung on the wall. This is my first experiment with making masks. I plan to make more of these with a wide variety of faces. Hopefully I'll get better at it.
